Terms of Use

The Building Water Leak website is operated as a specialist subdivision of Leak.ca and provides information about leak detection and investigation services.

Website content is general information, not a diagnosis. Leak locations, causes and costs vary by property; only an on-site investigation produces findings for your property.

We do not perform repairs, relining, replacement, roof repair or restoration and do not sell leak-detection hardware through this site. Where a repair is needed, we identify the appropriate licensed trade.

No warranty is created by website content. Investigation scope, deliverables and any guarantee are stated in writing before work begins.
